Absolutely. When you choose Event Bus Hire, you are guaranteed a professionally accredited driver behind the wheel of your bus. Our commitment to safety and quality is reflected in the fact that all our vehicles are operated by RMS Transport NSW Accredited drivers. Please note that our buses are not available for self-drive hire as we prioritize the safety and comfort of our passengers.

Indeed, we are a fully accredited bus operator, and we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage. It is of utmost importance that you select an accredited operator to ensure that you are adequately covered by the appropriate insurance in the rare event of an incident or accident. Your peace of mind is our priority.

We are dedicated to accommodating reasonable requests. You are allowed to enjoy refreshments on all our Limo buses and party buses, provided you maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and return it in the same tidy condition you found it. However, please be aware that consuming beverages is not permitted on our coaches and standard buses. Safety and responsible usage are of paramount importance to us.

Absolutely! For extended school trips or multi-day excursions, we offer the option to rent our seat belt-equipped coaches. Our coaches are designed to provide comfort and safety during long journeys, ensuring that your students have a convenient and enjoyable travel experience.

Will my money be refunded? Cancellations made 24 hours before the trip will incur a 30% charge on the nominated account Cancellations made withing less then 12 hours 50% .and under 6 Hours full Charge will applies. (School Bus Hire Only)

Our Party Buses can accommodate 20.45.51.53.57 Seat Standard Buses 13, 20, 40, 45, and 50 passengers, while our Limo Buses seat 20, 23, and 44 passengers. 

Party Buses Sydney operates in Sydney-Wide and caters to interstate transfers, including Hunter Valley, Wollongong, Central Coast, Blue Mountains, and Newcastle.

To confirm and secure your booking, we require a security bond whose amount varies based on the bus booked. The bond will be refunded at the end of the trip if the bus is left clean, tidy, and undamaged. Refunds typically take 2-7 business days to reflect on your payment source, depending on the bank's billing cycle.

We offer several payment options, including cash to the driver on the day of pick-up, internet banking or bank deposit 4 days before the trip, and payment via invoice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.

Event Bus Hire only accepts Australian currency.

Yes, payments made online or via the invoice will incur a 3% booking fee.

Yes, upon receiving either the bond or full payment, we will send you a confirmation email with the remittance.

Party Buses Sydney is not responsible for incorrect details provided via our online booking system. Please ensure all information is correct before processing the payment. If any details need to be amended, contact us immediately at 02 9188 9096.

Will my money be refunded? The security bond payment is not refundable for cancellations. Cancellations made 24 hours before the trip will incur a 50% charge on the nominated account. 

The day before the booking, you will receive a text message to confirm the booking and receive the driver's details. If you don't receive a text message, contact us before 8 pm at 02 9188 9096 to attain the driver's name and number.

What if we are running late? Your allocated driver will call 10-15 minutes before the pick-up time to ensure you and your guests are ready. A latitude of 15-30 minutes may be acceptable for lateness, but beyond that, an additional surcharge will apply unless prior arrangements have been made.

Party Buses Sydney reserves the right to refuse additional stops unless confirmed with management before the trip. Charges may apply.

Our Party and Limo Buses come equipped with state-of-the-art DJ LD speakers for music via Bluetooth, microphones for singing along, vibrant LED party lights, luxury leather seating, and spacious dance floors. The Karaoke Party Bus offers an extensive collection of 85,000 songs, a TV for lyrics display, smoke machine, LED party lights, DJ LD speakers, and a personalized LED Sign.

Beverages are allowed on our buses, provided they are legal and consumed responsibly. Passengers must be over 18 and show valid identification or proof of age. Strictly no beverages on buses for school formals or kid's parties.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on all our buses in accordance with state laws.

Food or snacks are strictly not permitted on any of our buses.

We require a minimum of 2 parents/guardians to be present on the bus for Kid's Party transfers.

Most of our Party and Limo Buses have air conditioning. Refer to our fleet page for specifics.

Are the drivers trained and qualified? Our buses are fully equipped, modern, clean, and regularly maintained, adhering to the highest safety standards. Our drivers hold appropriate licenses, driver authorities, and are cleared to work with children. They regularly undergo training to ensure professional, friendly, and safe travel.

Any damages or unpleasant state during the trip may result in termination and forfeiture of the bond. Passengers causing excessive damage are responsible for repair costs.

Disruptive behaviour, fighting, damage to the bus, or intoxication may lead to eviction and termination of the transfer. No refund will be provided.

Passengers are responsible for their belongings; lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of Event Bus Hire.

Or have branding and signage on the buses for corporate events? Yes, we can accommodate decorations or branding preferences upon discussion with our team of professionals.

Our buses do not have toilets; the driver will make suitable stops for bathroom breaks.

Our buses are available for hire with a driver only.
